hen selecting the content for your Ginger Tom Studios Bespoke DVD project please ensure that each image and video source is in a format we can accept.
Printed Photographs
nframed photographic prints up to A4 size are acceptable (i.e. up to 20.99cm x 29.30cm) on non-textured paper only.
(If you would prefer to scan your photographs and send them as digital images, please refer to our scanning help page for guidance).
Photographs requiring a significant amount of restoration, (i.e. dust & hair-removal and colour adjustment), can be processed but will incur an additional charge.
Please Note: Prints requiring major restoration,
(i.e. with stains, folds or rips), should be digitally enhanced by a specialist photographic restorer prior to being sent to Ginger Tom Studios.
Slides
nly 35mm, 126 or 127 format slides on 2" x 2" mounts can be processed. No other slide formats or mount sizes are acceptable.

Digital Images
e can process digital images saved as either JPEG (jpg) or TIFF (tif) files. No other types of image file, whether scanned or produced by digital camera, are acceptable.
All digital images sent to Ginger Tom Studios must be supplied on CDROM or on a memory card in one of the following formats:-
