he following list provides a few examples of the types of video footage and photographic images that can give rise to copyright issues:-

• Wedding photographs or video produced by a professional photographer or videographer
  It is likely that the professional photographer or videographer will still hold the copyright for the material and if this is the case you must get their permission before including any of this content on your DVD.
  
  
• Amateur video of a wedding service where church music has been recorded
  If there are no other copyright issues, you may be able to include this video footage by using wedding music from our music library to replace the original music.
  
  
• Video of theatrical or musical performances by professional or amateur groups
  It is unlikely that you will get permission to use this video footage from all the separate copyright holders.
  
  
• Video footage which features audio or recorded music from a TV, radio, disco or other similar source
  If there are no other copyright issues, you may be able to include this video footage by using suitable music from our music library to replace the original soundtrack.
  
  
• Video footage of friends or family singing - whether unaccompanied or karaoke-style
